Casual teachers play a vital role at our school, and we truly value your contributions.
To ensure you have seamless access to our systems, you will be set up on Sentral, SharePoint, and Edval Daily prior to your first day with us.
Getting started
We ask all casual staff to watch the orientation videos below to help you become familiar with our processes and systems:
- Orientation Introduction (DOE access only)
- Playground Duty (DOE access only)
- Changing Student Passwords
- Helpdesks
How to apply
If you wish to casual teach at CCWC, you must first be registered on Class Cover. Please contact our Director of Administration, Michael Psarris, at: michael.psarris1@det.nsw.edu.au
Extended casual employment
For casual teachers employed over an extended period, an electronic onboarding process will be provided. This includes completing:
- Full Orientation Professional Development
- Canvas Training
These courses will help develop and refine your understanding of CCWC’s institutional procedures and literacies, providing a comprehensive online instruction package tailored to Wallsend Campus.
